Got 2 of these included with my Persei purchase. Both were dead on arrival but I had other cartridges with my order so it wasn't a total loss. Despite the clear warning on the website that D9V does not warranty cartridges, I sent in a support ticket explaining my situation. Within 1 hour I had received a reply with further information and the news that D9V would be including extra cartridges with my most recent order to compensate for the dead ones which they don't usually warranty! D9V cares about their customers and it shows!!! Thanks for going to extra mile D9V to keep me a satisfied customer.
