A simple Warranty plan for all of us to understand. 

 Receipt is required for warranty, even if your vaporizer was gifted to you. No exceptions. 

Orders can not be cancelled or refunded once your vaporizer has been shipped. 

If you bought any of our products on EBay or any other auction site then your warranty is void, you can purchase the separate warranty for $60.

Please ship your product to: (Signature rquired, we are not responsible for lost items that have not been sent signature required.) Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Include your name, last name, return address, phone number, copy of your receipt(not required if you purchased from THIS site) and a description of the issue that you are having. 

Once we receive your vaporizer we will either replace it with a new one or repair and send it back in a timely manner. 

O-Phos Warranty. 1 Year warranty for manufacturer defects for the whole unit except charger, and extract cartridge. Original receipt must be kept for warranty service. This means if the device is defective we will replace it. If we see that the device has been tampered with in any way you’re warranty will be null and void. We reserve the right to substitute a product with another of equal or greater value or equal or greater performance if the original product is not available. 

Omicron v1.x Warranty. 1 Year warranty for manufacturer defects for the whole unit except charger, and extract cartridge. Original receipt must be kept for warranty service. This means if the device is defective we will replace it. If we see that the device has been tampered with in any way you’re warranty will be null and void. We reserve the right to substitute a product with another of equal or greater value or equal or greater performance if the original product is not available. 

Omicron v2 Warranty - The Omicron v2 has a Limited Lifetime Warranty against all manufacturer defects on all parts except battery (cell), extract cartridge, cartomizer, atomizer, charger, spring plate and spring cap. All parts will be replaced free of charge for 1 year except battery (cell) extract cartridge, cartomizer, atomizer, charger, spring plate, and spring cap, starting from the date of purchase with original printed receipt from an authorized dealer. After that you (the customer) will be charged a $45 per warranty claim + Shipping. This means that you will purchase a warranty claim from our website, ship us your complete Omicron v2 kit minus the fill tool and cartridges, and it will be refurbished to brand new status. You can break it, bend it, run over it with a steam roller we don’t care, as long as its recognizable as a Omicron v2 , and has all the parts that will complete the unit, we will replace it for $40 + shipping per claim. The parts that we will be replace in your warranty claim if found defective includes the top without an LCD display, middle tube and bottom cap. We reserve the right to substitute a product with another of equal and or greater value or equal and or greater performance if the original product is not available.

Parts not covered under warranty is the bottom cap, since this is a consumable item and can only be damaged by user error it is the users responsibility to inspect the batteries ( cell’s ) to make sure no tear is visible on its protective sleeve, and that the battery is not damaged in any way.

Persei vaporizer - The Persei has a Limited Lifetime Warranty against all manufacturer defects on all parts except battery (cell), extract cartridge, cartomizer, atomizer, charger, spring plate and spring cap. All parts will be replaced free of charge for 1 year except battery (cell) extract cartridge, cartomizer, atomizer, charger, spring plate, and spring cap, starting from the date of purchase with original printed receipt from an authorized dealer. After that you (the customer) will be charged a $60 per warranty claim + Shipping. This means that you will purchase a warranty claim from our website, ship us your complete Persei Kit minus any fill tools and cartridges, and it will be refurbished to brand new status. You can break it, bend it, run over it with a steam roller we don’t care, as long as its recognizable as a Persei, and has all the parts that will complete the unit, we will replace it for $60 + shipping per claim. The parts that we will be replace in your warranty claim if found defective includes both tops without an LCD display, middle tube, adjustable plate ( only if found to be a manufacturer defect ) and bottom cap. We reserve the right to substitute a product with another of equal and or greater value or equal and or greater performance if the original product is not available.

Parts not covered under warranty is the Adjustable plate, since this is a consumable item and can only be damaged by user error it is the users responsibility to inspect the batteries ( cell’s ) to make sure no tear is visible on its protective sleeve, and that the battery is not damaged in any way.

Persei Hammer Top - The Persei Hammer Top has a Limited Lifetime Warranty against all manufacturer defects, Original receipt required. It will be replaced for free for the first year for free without any issues, after the first year there is a $15 charge. 

Hammer Ceramic Rod - The Hammer Ceramic rod has a 6 month warranty with original receipt against manufacturer defects. 

Cartridges – Due to the fact that these cartridges are consumables and that we can’t verify how cartridges are used. No warranty will be given.

Chargers – 30 days from the date of purchase with original receipt. This includes all chargers. 

Batteries (Cells) - Due to the fact that these batteries are considered consumables they are NOT warrantied in any way. 

Customer is responsible for any return Shipping charges, and any applicable taxes.
